Delete Your Account

1. Open MuscleTrace and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Help & Support.
3. Scroll to Account Management at the bottom and tap Delete account.
4. Confirm — enter your password, or type DELETE if you signed up with Google or Apple.

Your account is erased as soon as you confirm.

If you can't access the app, email us from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you within 30 days. Please put “Delete my account” in the subject line.

Everything tied to your account is removed permanently:

• Your profile — name, email, password, photo, and body details.
• Every workout, meal log, and food photo you saved.
• Water, step, body-weight, and progress history.
• Streaks, XP, and badges.
• Your membership records, invoices, and any plans assigned to you.
• Messages you sent to coaches or partners, and your team membership.
• Push-notification subscriptions.

If you run a gym or coach a team, deleting your account also removes your team and its shared spaces. Your athletes are not deleted — they simply become independent and keep their own training history.

We retain only what the law requires us to: payment and invoice records needed for tax and accounting obligations, typically for up to seven years. These are kept in our billing provider's systems and are not used to identify or contact you. Anonymous, aggregated error diagnostics that contain no personal identifiers may also remain.
